The apartment was fairly clean and had location right by the area attractions, many pubs and restaurants close by and Gunwharf Quays. A microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were useful, cooked breakfast ourselves. The room was comfy and provided with kitchen, a lovely view, as example. The host made our stay excellent.

I think it's a perfect base for shopping. Location is central, in a peaceful area. Enjoy tea and goodies at The Cornish Bakery, placed 200 metres away.

Wow, what can I say. Traveled with a friend for a 15 year reunion and wanted to look at the historic docks in the area. Saw No.14 as an alternative to Travelodge etc and we were blown away by how homely it felt. The facilities were exceptional. More available than the listing tells you about. Inc PS4 and underfloor heating in the kitchen.! Amazing beds, great to have the balcony to relax and chat, great size TV and a TV in every room. We will certainly rebook there in the future as another reunion option.
Would recommend this hotel.

The property was exceptional, warm, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The extra touches and goodies in the kitchen were a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the location was perfect, with all of the attractions in close proximity. Plus, the parking at the property was a great bonus.
There were a few minor issues that we encountered during our stay. For starters, the instructions for the sound system and cooker could have been clearer, especially for those of us who are not tech-savvy.
